I have been wanting to share my CoolSculpting Experience with you guys for so long! It’s been more than 5 months since I had the procedure done and I can’t believe the results. It’s honestly so life changing. To be honest, I was very skeptical about getting CoolSculpting procedure done as a lot of people have mentioned to me that it’s just a gimmick or a scam. I promise you guys, it’s not. It’s real and from my personal experience, it really works!
There’s no downtime, no needles and no surgery. Plain and simple, it just removes fat in an area you want to treat. It contours your body. I treated my abdomen as it’s my problem area. Just wanted to also point out that this isn’t a get skinny quick solution. Obviously the best way to go about this is to make the right food choices and somewhat of an active lifestyle. This, for me, is basically an additional help or a kick start to your results that you want. I just thought I’d share MY experience with you for those thinking of getting it done. .
What is CoolSculpting?
So this is literally the first question that I get when I first tell them about the procedure. The Albany and their team were so amazing at breaking down the information for me and making me feel comfortable throughout the process. To simplify it, it’s a procedure that eliminates stubborn fat safely and effectively without any surgery. This fat reduction treatment is the only FDA cleared procedure to use controlled cooling to safely target and eliminate fat that’s diet and exercise resistant fat. CoolSculpting results are not only proven but noticeable. They’re also lasting! The treated fat cells are crystallized (frozen) and basically just die. Overtime, your body processes the fat and eliminates these dead cells leaving you more sculpted. The only thing you have to do after the procedure is drink your water. I was recommended 8 glasses of water a day.
What it feels like
Now again, this is my experience. It’s different for everyone. I was warned that I could have some swelling or bruising but I didn’t have any of those issues. Honestly, I have a high tolerance to pain so this procedure was nothing. It just felt like the area I had treated was itchy and had a cooling sensation. I just remember feeling numb after I went in the doctors office. The area that was treated felt very numb for three weeks but it didn’t bother me at all. I actually enjoyed it as it felt like it was doing its job.
Is CoolSCulpting for Me?
I think if you eat right, you workout and not only do this, you will get the results you want to see. In my opinion, I deserve to see results, however they come. I deserve to look and feel good in my body. Like I said, this isn’t a get skinny quick plan. It’s simply to treat those areas you just can’t see any improvement in when you’re eating right and being active daily. You are freezing and eliminating those fat cells from your body!
